Staring in January, I’ll be offering a class twice a month at Havertown Community Acupuncture on Friday and Sunday. Each class will focus on seasonal energies and the 5 Elements.
In Taoist Chinese Medicine, each season has an associated theme, energy, and organ pair. We’ll learn about these in class in regard to what they are, how you might be experiencing them, and how you can work with the energy physically, emotionally, and spiritually to help you move through the season with greater ease.
We’ll begin with Winter, the season that calls us into a period of rest so we can recharge our batteries and be ready for all that Spring brings when it returns.
