Your emotions are energy in motion. Qigong (Oi = energy & Gong = to skillfully work with) is a beautiful way to get to know where these emotions live in your body, how they feel to you, and how to work with them in a safe way.

We'll begin our 7 week journey with an introduction to Qigong. Each week following, we'll learn about a specific emotion and practice working with it through qigong and other life practices. During our last week, we'll bring it all together with an integration class.
