Qigong is a practice that is designed to help you learn how to work with your energy and the energy around you. It includes movement, mindful meditation, and self massage. The benefits are endless, powerful, available, and accessible to all.
I am now offering ongoing Qigong Classes at Havertown Community Acupuncture twice a month to help you be your best self throughout the year as we move through each Seasons.
In Taoist Chinese Medicine, each season has an associated theme, energy, and organ pair. We’ll learn about these in class in regard to what they are, how you might be experiencing them, and how you can work with the energy physically, emotionally, and spiritually to help you move through the season with greater ease.
Each class will focus on the energy of the Season, the 5 Elements, and will include a movement practice, self massage, and mindful, life practices to support you through the season. As the seasons change, the practices will too.
All are welcome, no prior qigong experience needed☺️
